Living with alignment, aliveness, and authentic growth
Soul Psyche did not begin as an idea. It began as a longing.
Ever since I can remember, I have been searching for closeness to Hashem.
As a young boy, I would look at talmidei chachamim and feel an ache inside, a thirst to know and to feel what they felt.
I did not yet know it, but what I was searching for was life itself.
Hashem blessed me with great teachers who shaped that search.
My stepfather and first Rebbe, Harav Yehuda Jacobs zatzal, Mashgiach of Lakewood Yeshiva, taught me that Torah without life and chessed without love have no right to exist.
He guided me through my questioning years and showed me that Torah must be lived, not only learned.
Whether learning bekius, iyun, or mussar, my question was always the same: how can this Torah become part of me.
I had no patience for intellectualism that did not transform life.
Torah had to breathe, to move through the heart and the body, to bring me closer to Hashem.
Harav Yitzchok Soloveitchik shlita taught me responsibility, effort, and depth in Torah,
and Harav Moshe Shapira zatzal opened a world where lomdus, machshava, and chassidus merged into one vision of the Infinite.
Over time, I saw how many beautiful souls longed for connection and joy, yet felt blocked from the inner vitality that Torah promises.
That led me to the world of psychotherapy, where I discovered that the mind, when used with humility and clarity, can serve Torah by helping us remove the inner noise that keeps the heart from receiving light.
The fusion of these two worlds became Soul Psyche — a space where Torah remains the foundation and purpose, and psychology serves it, helping us align the mind, body, heart, and soul so our avodas Hashem can feel natural, calm, and deeply alive.
Soul Psyche is the expression of a lifelong search for Hashem, and the discovery that the search itself is where He is found.
In the Sparks, I invite you to join me in reflecting on the lived experience of Torah life — how its wisdom meets the rhythm of our days and relationships.
Through TorahAnytime classes, I learn and teach deeply, always exploring how to apply Torah to real life so that it becomes felt, not only understood.
And through the Seminars, we break down the great goals of Yiddishkeit into clear, achievable steps inside a guided system, so that growth feels natural, steady, and lasting.
Together, these offerings form one living system for growth, helping each person rediscover the joy of Torah life and the pleasure of genuine connection to Hashem.
My mission through Soul Psyche is to make Torah-anchored personal growth clear, practical, and uplifting, so that every person can live with aliveness, joy, and inner balance in avodas Hashem.
I strive to help each person discover and express their unique gift to the world, becoming a vessel through which the Infinite flows into the finite with presence, meaning, and love.
If your heart yearns for more, for growth that feels spiritual and real, you are in the right place.
Join me through Soul Psyche Sparks for gentle reflections that inspire the week.
